Click on the Archive icon in the top menu bar. Archiving an email message in macOS is pretty simple. After selecting the specific folder click OK, and the sent email will be. In the new wizard, you can select the folder to save the Sent Item or create a new folder to save the sent emails using the New option. From the drop-down menu, select Other Folders. The message will be placed in the archive associated with the mailbox. In the New Message wizard, select the Options tab and click Save Sent Items To option. You can archive a message with the Archive button, located in the toolbar.You can search archived emails using the search bar at the top of the email list pane. Or you can archive messages, which keeps them in Mail and still accessible in the All Mail mailbox. Click the Archive folder in the column on the left to display all the archived emails in the pane on the right.
